Booking and Rescheduling


The $50-$100 Booking deposit required for specific sessions is none refundable. Clients are permitted one rescheduled a session if a rescheduling request is made at least 48 hours before the session. After one permitted rescheduling.
All clients are required to make a deposit in order to retain our services. Furthermore, the deposit will be applied to reduce the total cost of service

Mckayla Studio Photography accepts cash, checks,  and all major credit card. There will be a $20 fee for all return checks. 

Copyright and Reproduction 


Mckayla Studio Photography owns the copyrights on all images created and the exclusive rights to make reproduction and edits and any kinds 

Failure to Perform 


If the photographer can not perform due to unforeseen circumstances full deposit will be refunded.

Grievance Policy


In the event the client is unsatisfied with their photos, the photographer must be notified during the shoot or within 24 hours of receiving proofs. Once the grace period has ended, there will be an additional fee of $15 for each photo the client requests to be edited. If the issue is still unresolved a partial refund will be issued. This does not include the non-refundable deposit and cost for labor. McKayla Studio Photography reserves the right to determine the amount refunded.
